We’re looking for a System Administrator to join our Business Tech team. Let’s be honest. It's not about such clichés as being motivated, ambitious or proactive. That’s obvious. More than obvious. We’re referring to your impact.

You will be responsible for administration of existing and future systems/tools to enable seamless integration into the company environments globally. You will utilize your expert level experience and knowledge of architecture, administration, and best practice recommendations combined with a strong current and deep experience in security, legal and regulatory/compliance controls required for defined environments.

In this role, you will:

  • Advise, architect, implement and support various company tools (Atlasian, slack and etc.).
  • Perform routine and scheduled audits of all systems, including backups.
  • Troubleshoot and provide support for pre-and post-implementation issues.
  • You will spend time interacting and supporting our IT Managers and procurement manager across all group companies.
  • Collaborate with Azure AD team for authorization/authentication within the tools.
  • Administer, manage, and implement changes to the environment.
  • Configure and maintain security, user identities.


What do we expect?

  • Proven experience as a System Administrator role.
  • Experience of administration various companies tools.
  • Great analytical and problem-solving skills and have a knack for quickly navigating from problem to resolution.
  • Flexible approach to work with a focus on delivery to deadlines and high standards.
  • Work closely with all companies/departments to ensure project and service delivery meet user expectations.
  • Contributed volumes of internal documentation for colleagues’ referral.
  • Very good English communication skills (verbal and written): an ability to present information concisely, to communicate in a manner applicable to all levels.


Nice to have:

  • Microsoft/Office 365 experience. Azure AD administration and integrations.
  • Experience with Azure Cloud Services.
  • Experience with on-premise tools/systems management.
