Job Description

We currently have a vacancy for a Quality & Test Specialist fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Valetta, Malta. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

Your tasks:

  • Analyze the system under testing and design the test strategy;
  • Create, design and maintain test plans and develop test acceptance criteria;
  • Create, design and maintain test scripts and test data based on test automation framework;
  • Develop test automation foundation scripts for projects under test based on test automation;
  • Prepare and plan the test environments;
  • Perform testing activities, report test results and log any defects and potential improvements;
  • Generate requisite documentation to support quality management activities.


  • University degree or diploma in IT or relevant discipline, combined with minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience;
  • Excellent knowledge of web technologies and Microsoft applications;
  • Experience in integration testing and automation testing;
  • Experience in using and developing test automation scripts;
  • Experience in producing quality procedures for testing platforms;
  • Capacity to produce relevant documentation related to the proposed tasks;
  • Excellent command of the English language.
