Manage, configure, and maintain SharePoint on prem AND online environments Implement and document controls and processes to perform pro-active maintenance on the SharePoint on prem environments, including the installation of updates Provide guidance and 2nd level support, configuration, and maintenance, on SharePoint applications (on prem and online) including: Paperless, ERDMS, eHR suite of applications, Intranet, ODS, COI, Queries, Risk Management Tool, eProcurement, IDS, COP Monitor and report on usage as well as perform security audits of the systems.
