Genesis10 is seeking a TAC Field Engineer for our client, a Managed IT Provider in San Antonio, TX, for a 4-month contract for hire opportunity Job Summary This Position is responsible for checking and responding to incoming client tickets and Phone calls. As well as diagnoses and resolves technical hardware and software issues for network devices and phones, user set-up and removal, performs a variety of maintenance, end-user support, and support tasks to ensure end-user workstations, phones and network performance meet company and user requirements. Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution. This position also requires the engineer to make site visits as necessary to install and service phones and network equipment.
